We’re coming up to the end of the program year and our program would like to be more intentional about our end-of-the year evaluations and surveys, so we can use them purposefully in our Continuous Quality Improvement Plan for Rising Stars for ME. And tips on where to start?

MRTQ PDN’s Quality Improvement Toolkits (QITs) for Center-based and Family Child Care Programs are a great place to start! These on-demand resources provide a detailed overview of what program evaluation is and how to plan for it in your program. You’ll find resources like: 

  • Program Evaluation Plan Templates 

  • Examples of Staff and Family Surveys 

  • Self-Assessments for Program Directors 

  • Equipment and Materials Checklists 

You can access the Quality Improvement Toolkits for FREE at any time! Simply log in to your MRTQ Registry account at https://mrtq-registry.org and click on “Access” under Online Training. On the next page, scroll down to On-Demand Training to find the QIT that’s right for you, then click “Enroll.” 

(Note that if you have previously enrolled in a QIT that you may need to re-enroll in the updated version.)
